Bounced down to 233 then leveled off at 234 for several days. Thumper hasn't decided what to do with the treadmill yet. Attempted to get him walking on it but that went over like a lead balloon. Over 4 minutes for 3 times a day. The improvements are gratifying to say the least.
In other news, how about that State of the Union. Republicans reply was a pile of excrement that had nothing to do with everyday Americans. It was Fox Fucking News Propaganda on steroids.
