    To use a phrase that Republicans are fond of, Weaponized DOJ anyone? As usual Republicans are accusing Democrats of doing what they would do in their shoes. Biden is doing a commendable job staying the hell out of DOJ's way from what we can see but Trump obviously subverted the DOJ into a loyal part of his administration. I'm so tired of the bullshit and damn lies from the MAGA crowd. The whole damn lot of them can kiss my white ass. Just sayin'.

Let's talk about DOJ telling House Judiciary to take a hike....

    I'll admit that I was worried that Insurrectionist Jim Jordan would cause some problems investigating the "Weaponization" of the DOJ. Glad to hear this piece of traitorous trash will get no where investigating the investigation that will put him behind bars. At the very least he should be removed from office for supporting the January 6 insurrection. Just sayin'.

    In other news, Ginger and Thumper are teaming up for playtime now and they get their zoom on quite a bit now. Thumper is starting to act more like home raised kitty than a wildcat and improves in leaps and bounds. We had our bedroom area closed to Thumper at night due to his rambunctious behavior at 5 AM but when I left it open last night I woke up with him curled up by my pillow this morning. I'm hoping that he got the point after a period of no access to us at night but as usual, only time will tell.

    Who still believes that all of the crimes that Trump is his followers have committed are made up and part of some type of conspiracy aimed at removing Trump and all of heroic pieces of trash from positions of power? If you do you are foolish indeed. Just sayin'.

    In other news, Thumper is acting more like a kitten than a full grown cat now that he's settling in to life without balls. He and Ginger chase each other around the front room at least once a day. We're going to be trimming Thumper's nails soon but we aren't looking forward. He's sweet and all but only when he gets his way. Just sayin'. He acts like I would were I in his paws.

    Two years of this shit show to look forward to. This bullshit should hammer home the fact that MAGA Republicans are on the way out. This is their last gasp before the indictments start flying next month. I'm looking forward to our insurrectionist Speaker of the House getting indicted. Aren't you?

    In other news, does anyone want a Chihuahua? Our little rescue doggy is not working out for us. Not our type of dog I guess. She's happy and healthy and she's a Chihuahua. That third thing is where the issue lies I believe. Going over to the pet rehoming site on FB (or Meta or whatever the fuck they're called now) to post her there. Wish her luck. 

Signs of Recovery!

     It had been about a week since Ginger last took a dump when we gave her a suppository in an effort to pass whatever was holding up the works. Two days later she made her first deposit in over a week. No more fever. Her appetite returned and now she's back to her usual screwed up behavior. Almost glad to have her back. Even with the recent rains our ground is still difficult to penetrate to any depth so I wasn't looking forward to digging her a proper grave anyway. That being said, anyone want a little dog?

    In other signs, 11 votes and still no Speaker of the House. Members of the Insurrectionist Party are holding Congress hostage for whatever bullshit they want now. They already got him to agree to trash the Ethics Committee so that they can continue their illegal activities but that's not enough for those pieces of shit. It's rare to see Republicans not on the same page but there is a very simple solution that will unite them again. They need to purge themselves of their unconstitutional members. Aren't they insurrectionists? Why are these pieces of shit still in office? Don't their recent actions disqualify them from holding office? Just sayin'. There are laws on the books that can be used to remove them from public office. Use them.
