Comparing marijuana to opiates? Them sounds like fighting words. One's addictive and kills people. The other is not and does not. In fact, in states where marijuana is available opoide use is measurably lower. Guess we can't have that. Also, states should decide who uses the bathroom in our schools but only the Fed can decide who gets to light up? Seems arbitrary to me.
