Take that sign down!

Gave the title company a $1,000 good-faith deposit this morning and started down the path of home ownership. Hopefully it passes inspection and we make it to the end of that path. First though the "For Sale" sign gets a "Sold" sticker on it. Later.

For Sale Sign

We're making an offer on a nice house in Nice next to beautiful Clearlake, the largest natural lake in California. Fortunately it's far enough away from the lake so that we don't have to smell it all the time and that's a major consideration. Hopefully we'll get their reply today and have reason to seal the deal.
